So we're alittle nervous about having fewer choices, condition of rooms, way you're treated(at resorts, wonderfully)....things disney can'y answer honestly. I'm excited, husband leary but willing and the kids (13 and 11) are thrilled that they feel they'll now live there!

You will love it and you will wonder how you did without all these years. Just a hunch...:teeth:

And once you stay in a 1 BR, you will have a much more relaxing vacation experience. (And 2BR's are even better)

Welcome home, SueDisney!

We've been members since '96 and have probablys stayed about 25 times at the various DVC properties. We've never been disappointed, and we always leave thinking that joining was one of the smartest things we've ever done.

Especially when you stay in a 1 or 2 bedroom! The WL studios are nice, too though.

Welcome home and welcome to the greatest board at the disboards.

I have to say, from reading your user name, I thought you might be a disgruntled Disney stockholder! :p :p

Okay, now on to your upcoming trip.

Here's a photo of VWL (red roof) and its proximity to WL (green roof).

As you can see, the vast majority of the views at VWL are....woods! This is quite befitting the theming of the resort.

Personally, for a studio my only requests would be for smoking or non-smoking, and a studio with a tub. That avoids the handicap access rooms that have less storage space that becomes important in a studio size accommodation.

Having said all that, all that remains is...

Congratulations & WELCOME HOME!!! :bounce:
