I'm beyond excited I've just booked for next Easter and got free dining! The black out dates show as 31 march until 11 April but when the travel agent priced it up free QSD came up. We're staying at POFQ again which we all love and fly out on Easter Saturday. I upgraded to DDP. Just before I booked I checked the prices with Disney and the Travel Agents price was almost £3k cheaper! We're flying into Sanford which I've not done before. Am I right in thinking I'll get a confirmation number that will work on MDE, the one I've got at the moment doesn't work, I know it's 6 months too early to book ADRs but I can't wait to see my booking "live" on MDE xx

That sound like a great Travel Agent! Happy Planning.

Congratulations!! We love POFQ. :thumbsup2

How on earth did the TA save you £3K? Did you get free flights? How many of you? Our summer booking at POFQ for next year didn't cost £3k so I'm intrigued :)

Thanks we love POFQ as well! There are 4 of us all adults and we go over Easter so one of the most expensive times. I think flying in to Sanford on the Dreamliner (Thomson) works out cheaper then BA or virgin that Disney use. Free QS dining came up with them but not on the WDW site because it's during the only black out dates of the year, I'm sure it's a glitch and will be removed soon! Thomson quoted just over £ 9000 with a very nice £500 discount if I booked today and Disney quoted £11900 for the same dates, the dining obviously had something to do with that! I couldn't believe Disney's quote!

Ah that all makes a lot more sense then. I thought it was only 2 or 3 of you. Yes, I think it is cheaper with charter flights than the bigger scheduled airlines if you book like this - at least it obviously was for you and if you priced it on WDTC with paid dining and got it free with your TA, then it all falls into perspective. What can I say? Well done!! :cool1:

Thanks. I was speechless on the phone to Disney I couldn't believe the price I got straight back in the car and went to the travel agents before they removed free dining!
