Just booked....

Hi all, we just booked for 10/15-10/22 and the only AAA discounted sites available were preferred. I checked a fort wilderness map online and it lookes like the 100 and 200 loops are preferred. Can anyone tell me about these loops, they seem pretty far away from the pool, campfire, etc. should we try to get something closer to the action or stick with this? also which would be
the best to request? Thanks so much for any advice

you can always ride the internal buses to pool and campfire - otherwise I have this advice.....golf cart rental.

While these loops may be farther from the pool and campfire activities. They are closer to the restaurants, beach, dog park (if applicable) and the marina/ boat shuttles.

Best bet os to rent a golf cart. Makes life VERY easy at the fort.

We just checked out today (6/5), from an 8 day stay!
