.....a weekend away for Dh and myself. I felt the need to have something to look forward to, so I've dipped into the WDW fund (naught naughty) and we are going back to Eye Kettleby Lakes. It's a surprise for our anniversary.

I'm going to do a bit of overtime in Feb, so I will put that back in the WDW fund. One day I will be able to post that I have booked to go to Florida...

Thanks. I'm looking forward to surprising DH. I live so frugally and sensibly that every now and again, I have to be a bit spontaneous.

What a lovely thing to do I am sure he is going to be very touched. And at least you don't have to count the days for as long as you do for a Disney trip. Is it a special anniversary? I don't mean that it wouldn't be, but is it a milestone one, or just special because you guys are special?

No, we've been together for 22 years, so there's no special reason. I wanted to show how much I appreciate and love him. He's a good bloke.
