DH and I just booked our next trip to WDW for next Spring Break and we booked it at the Fort. I am SO excited!
We love to camp but have only usually done long weekends. Well a few weeks ago we went to Washington DC for a week and the only way we could afford it was to camp. We actually enjoyed it quite a bit...and the kids LOVED it. My DD told me at one point that she likes camping on vacation better than a hotel. She loves the outdoors.
So DH said what do you think about camping at WDW? I got to looking here on the DIS and at WDW website and all I can say is "Why haven't we thought of this before now??"
It looks like so much fun....way more than a boring hotel.
We are currently tent campers but have plans to upgrade to a pop-up....not sure if it will happen before this trip but either way I am super excited!!! I told DH I have a feeling based on what I have been reading that this will now be the only way we will go to WDW after this trip.
Now my problem is going to be the wait!!!! I want to visit NOW!!!
