Just Booked a Tour - Castmember on phone was great!

So I just booked the Steam Trains tour for my next trip over the phone. The cast member I talked to, Anna Marie I think, was very pleasant!

I mentioned my DVC membership to get the 15% discount and she got all excited and asked if I had a reservation to attach the tour to. I said I was booked at OKW and she proceeded to tell me how much we'll love the refurbished rooms and how she got a room with a view of part of the golf course which was cool to kick back and relax in.

At the end of the conversation she enthusiastically wished me and my family a Merry Christmas and I wished her the same. I don't normally participate in the surveys but this time I had to in order to note my exceptionally pleasant phone call. Amazing how that one cast member made me look forward to my trip that much more! Props!

What is the Steam Trains tour??

It's an early morning tour at the Magic Kingdom where they tell you about the steam trains they use there and show you where they work on and maintain them and what goes into preparing them for daily operations and stuff.

Thanks! My dad is a railroad worker and this is a surprise for him as he's always wanted to see these trains more up close. I'm looking forward to it!
