Just been upgraded to a suite!

Im absolutely over the moon right now, As we've been through so much in the past few months including major surgery and having to cancel our previous holiday I emailed our hotel asking if there was anything special they could do to make our stay special and they've just emailed back advising me that they have upgraded us from the basic room to a suite!

I havent had any good luck from a long time and this is fantastic!!! I had to share!

Thumbs up to the Explorers hotel and there team! Ill be staying there each time I go back!

Wonderful news!! We've stayed several times at the Explorers and always been happy there. The only reason we're not staying there this time is because we are only going for 2 nights and wanted to be closer to the parks.

Its a bit of a shock as there's not many hotels that would do this for you and its the last thing I expected. I was in shock reading the email!
