Happy Thanksgiving US peeps! DH and I did most of the cooking yesterday, so today is pretty chill. We are hosting our family, and also a friend of ours and his 2 daughters. Right now the dilemma is where everyone can sit! Our house is not super big and was built in the 60s, so very boxy (not open) floor plan. Ok, that doesn't sound very thankful But really I am - for my home, my family and friends. I am so very blessed.

I loved HP7 (part 1). I think overall the movies have gotten better. It's always hard to take a book and turn it into a movie, the comparisons are inevitable and I don't think any movie can quite compare to their book. So looking forward to part 2, but yes I think I will cry

And hey, who in California turned the temperature down?!? My grass was crunchy and there was frost on the roof this morning. Brrrr.

and oh! - went to the mall yesterday with DD6 after school - early release so we had lunch at the food court. Then shopped a bit, I was looking at the jewelry at Forever 21 (love their accessories) and couldn't resist this sweatshirt:

It's so quiet in here today. Usually I have about 5 pages to catch up on. Everyone must be busy making and eating yummy food. I think I'm gonna be having McDonald's tonight, lol. Yummy! Not as yummy as turkey though.

No clouds mean nothing to keep the warmer air in so while it may look nice and feel nicer in the sun as soon as the sun goes away it gets REALLY cold cause the warm air dissipates into the atmosphere.

That's true I just think in terms of summer and how the sun warms me. It is much warmer today.

Everyone must be stuck in comas. We're having our Thanksgiving dinner tonight. Pies are all made, other stuff started, I need to get my turkey going in about half an hour(I hate pulling that gross neck out). Hope everyone's Thanksgiving was great!

No coma. I felt like I was going to be yesterday because I worked so hard to get that huge meal done. I never would have gotten done without Kacy and Loren's help. Kody was sick so she wasn't a big help but that's alright.

Hheheheh, I've just been in a very lazy mood. Although yesterday I was busy getting Christmas stuff into the house. DH can only help so much with his shoulder, so I am learning how to do a lot of stuff

The next thing he's going to have me do is do the outside lights I am scared of this task.
