Just back....

Hey folks

Got back late last night after 6 days at DLRP - it was great and I'll hopefully get the trip report written up in full tomorrow and pics shortly afterwards (I took about 900!!).

Highs:

- Belle's Musical Medley - I feel in love with this.......(and saw it seven times!!)
- Tinkerbell's Show at Newport Bay (I am now officially in love......)
- lots of characters about
- some excellent cast members who remembered us from our Halloween visit (including Aurora!)
- Enchanted Fairytale ceremony
- Indy in the freezing cold
- the joys of my AP!!

Lows:
- queues for characters.....don't start me.....
- rude people (see above!!)
- I was a little disappointed in the New Year fireworks.....was still a blast though! Just thought they didn't live up to last year's....
- I have never been so cold in my life.....the first couple of days were artic!!

Was a great trip....was sad as always to come home......have a WDW Summer and Winter trip to get on with planning now!!!

meant to ask a quick question as well....does anyone know what the final song in the Belle show is?? It doesn't ring a bell as being on the soundtrack...it sounds Christmasy - any help would be great as it's lovely!

I think the song is "As long as there's Christmas" from Beauty and the Beast - The Enchanted Christmas which I believe is a straight-to-video spin-off. When we first saw the show in December 2004 I really liked the song and thought I recognised it (although I don't know how as I haven't seen the Enchanted Christmas) and from the gist of the chorus in French was able to google the song.

OK, Now I am stuck with that song in my head! I just love the Christmas-DVD from beauty and the Beast, it is almost as good as the original one. (The "Stories" song is great too, btw!)



Will they still have that Tinkerbell-show this weekend?
Last year, when we were there the weekend before Christmas, they had a musical dinner show with Thinkerbell at the Newport Bay hotel, but I only saw the sign in the Santa Fe for that on the moment of check-out and so we missed it.
It would be great though to be able to see it now. I'll be there on Friday and Saturday evening.
