We ate at the Biergarten with friends of ours so we were a total of 8 and had a table to ourselves. They usually seat familes together to fill up the tables, which has always worked out well in the past. The atmosphere is nice too, you are sitting in a German village at "night". We had PS for 4:50, got there a little late at 4:55, and we were still seated within 10 min. We have been coming here since DS's were 4. There is a wide variety of food so everyone finds something that they like. They do have chicken fingers for the kids too. DS's have always liked the Sauerbraten (they like pot roast, so I told them thats what is was to get them to try it and they liked it) There are suasages and we all like the bratwurst. There is also Knockwurst which is like hot dogs, but they are too fat for DS's, but they eat the saurkraut that comes with it. There is also rotisserie chicken, chicken schnitzel, rice, spaetzel and a variety of meats and sauces to go with them, the apricot chutney was good, first time we tried that. They have a good selection of salads and side dishes too. DS's love the pretzel bread and always get a few of those. The desserts were very good too, the Bavarian cheesecake was delicious, and they also have puddings, fruit, black forest cake, and apple strudel with vanilla sauce on the side. Dh always gets the Oktoberfest beer, which I like too, we didn't think they would have it this time of year,(they didn't list it as a choice) but they did.
The show is good and when the kids were younger they would go down on the dance floor.
