Just back!!

Just got back and we had a great trip. We only had rain one day out of eight. We saw three gators in MK and we even got to ride Mission: Space.

I would like to know about the gators! Where they in Frontierland under the bridge near Splash Mt, by any chance?

We saw the gators early in the morning one was swimming toward Tom Sawyer Island- he was quite big at least a 6 footer, and the two smaller ones we saw while on the steam wheeler.
Mission:Space is an amazing ride. DD and I rode it twice and DW and DS rode it once. You acually experience what lift off must be like. They create the intense pressure by spinning you in a capsule but you don't feel like you are spinning. It was open June 24th thru June 27th from 4:00pm to 9:00pm. We just happen to be walking by one evening and saw people going in, I thought they were just letting people in to see the entrance area but it was to acually ride it. I will tell you that I felt a bit queezy for about two hours after the ride and so did DW and DS. DD was unaffected and wanted to ride it again. You don't feel the spinning but you feel the affects of spinning afterwards.

Glad you had a great trip! We were there from 6/20-6/27 too. We missed riding MS, I guess we just weren't at the right place at the right time. We talked to a CM that was "guarding the bushes" on the evening of the 22nd, but never got back to that area. Oh well, there's always next time.

We missed seeing any gaters too although I looked every chance I got!

We also just got back and got to ride Mission Space! My kids didn't feel the spinning but I could definitely feel the spinning and it was very strange since nothing around me seemed to be moving sideways, too, because the screen that you look at makes you think that you are moving up in the sky, but my body and eyes knew that they were being spun sideways! Luckily, I never felt queazy, just a little off balance for a very short time when I got off the ride.

We also saw one of the smaller gators by the bridge to BTMR!
