Just back!!!

Just got back from a GREAT trip to BWV. We had a 2bdr, Room 4082/4080 and we had friends in Room 4060 that stayed on our points.

The resort was wonderful. The check in CMs were outstanding. We had somethings that came up that they helped with and it made the trip start on a good note. We had a couple of maintenance issues that were dealt with immediately.

Weather was good. We got some rain Thursday, Friday and Saturday but not enough to slow us down.

Dan, I have a full 512MB card. About 549 pics. It's going to take some time but I'll get them up. I need to brush up on my HTML so I can creat a pages on Worldzone to stay within the text limit with the new rules.

I always enjoy reading good reports about DVC. I sure hope you either complimented the CMs to supervisors while you were at WDW or that you plan to write about them .

Hey, Mitch! Welcome back to the real world, glad to hear you guys had a great trip. I thought about you all down there when I saw a bit of rain...glad it didn't slow ya down any.

Oh, I took the DVC plunge! I put the deposit down on a little ol' 150pt BCV cash purchase last week. Mom gave my brother and I a gift so as to avoid inheritance tax later. I couldn't think of a better way to spend it.

150pts will have to be enough for a long while. It's usually just DGD & I going. That'll get us a studio a couple times a year....we'll just be "studio trash" I guess.

I thought it was a hoot too. I actually read the term here a couple days ago. The poster, can't remember who it was, said that on another dvc board, studio stayers were called "studio trash."

I guess we have reached a whole new level of class, DVC snobery.

Perhaps they should have build seperate buildings off to the back with dirt pathways leading up to the studio buildings so there would be distinction between the upper and lower class.

I'm in shock over this. It never fails to amaze me how people are never truly happy unless they can bash someone for something.

... and while we're at it, I think that people who only stay in 2 BRs should have their own club area and there should be jewelry you can buy which corresponds in size with the number of points you own. Also, VB owners who sneak on-site during the off-seasons should have to wear big scarlet VB letters during their stay. That would help formalize the DVC caste structure.
