We just returned from 4 nights @ HRH Club Level and 2 nights visiting HHN...any questions...i would be happy to help:banana::thumbsup2

What kind of food was offered in club level? Do you think it was worth the extra price?

Ooh I'd love to hear everything about HRH Club level as we are booked in this accommodation for our first even Universal on site trip next summer. What was the Club Level food like? How is the gym as I understand it's included in the price. Me and DS will be using that. Thanks in advance for any feedback :)

Yep, I'm wondering these things as well. Also, did you try to eat in the club lounge before hitting early entry? Thanks for your updated info!

I too would love to hear about the club offerings, how your room was, where it was located..... how did you like the hotel in general (was it noisy or okay), did you eat in any of the restaurants at the hotels....

I'm asking alot of questions I know... we're thinking of staying at the HRH club level when we go (never have been to Universal at all). So any information about your experience would be very much appreciated! TY!!! :goodvibes

Our trip started off great, we were checked in by 10:00 a.m. and went up to Club to get a snack...guess what was sitting on the counter...Mimosas...yum, yum:goodvibes They were there every morning! For breakfast...Donuts,variety of bread for toasting, muffins and croissants. Hard boiled eggs, which I peeled and chopped and warmed in the microwave.Big bowl of mixed fruit, melon and pineapple. Oatmeal, variety of cold cereals.Orange and apple juice, milk, yogurt &coffee and tea...and those Mimosas:banana: I felt it was plenty of food for myself and my Husband, who likes a big Breakfast. Everyday we took back apples and pears to the room. We did eat lunch once at the Kitchen(we have eaten there before), food was good, but everything is soo fresh that if you are in a hurry, you may want to wait to have more time. Our other favorite places that we ate at are...Bubba Gumps, Hard Rock Cafe and at the pool, love those fish tacos! the Fitness Club is nice, didn't work out, I work at a YMCA, so I didn't want to hit the weights, but we did walk our legs off:cheer2: We used the lockers there, as we knew that our room would not be ready yet, so we pack our suits in our carry on, change and lock up our stuff and hit the pool...no time wasted!!Weather was perfect...high of 89, no humidity and not a cloud in the sky:love:Hope I answered everyones questions...I will let you all take all of that in and then tell you about the evening offerings and sweet treats!

Thanks for sharing. Can't wait to hear more. Adult beverages in the evenings?

Sorry for the delay:thumbsup2 Yes, for afternoon snacks they do still have the uncrustables, strawberry and grape. The free adult drinks in the evening, a variety of beer and wine, very good chardonnay. This trip we ate at the Kitchen one time for lunch, I had the asian salad(big enough for 2) my Husband had tuna...all very good. We have had breakfast there in the past, also very good. Although the Hotel was full it was very quiet, except for the occasional child running down the hall at 7:00 a.m.The pool was not crowded at all, on Thursday when we left(we had a late flight)we stayed in the pool from 10-4, there was never anymore than 20 people in the pool:banana: we did notice that the music was not loud at all by the pool as it has been in the past, my Husband noticed that some of the speakers were not working(maybe on purpose).DJ Scooter was there...if you have been there when he is,you know how crazy he is. Friend him on FB, he loves it:rotfl2:Again sorry for the delay...will do better:hippie: BTW we stayed at Cabana Bay at the end of May...any questions?

That's for the update :) Regarding Club breakfast. Is there time to do this prior to early entry? Also the club evening food. Is it possible to make a meal of it? Also (sorry!!!) have the club level rooms all been renovated now? It's so good to hear from someone whose done a recent visit :)

Thanks for this thread! I'm also curious about the evening offerings.

Additionally, how were the rooms space-wise? I'm comparing PBH & HRH, and the PBH rooms seem to be SIGNIFICANTLY larger. There will be four of us: me, DW, 20yo DD and 18yo DS. We will be staying three nights, then moving to a 2BR villa at SSR, so we can tolerate a bit of togetherness in closer quarters. :)

We have stayed at PBH as well, and yes,the rooms are larger there, also the bathrooms were bigger. Trying to remember the offerings at night...one night was italian food, there was a pasta with sauce, salad, bread. There was always cheese and crackers.Another night was an antipasta and shepards pie quiches, they were pretty good:goodvibes.Another was a mexican themed, mini tacos, mexican salad, rice and beans(all kept warm). We did go back for sweet treats, which my dh took advantage of...1 night was short cake, berries and cream, another night was cookies and ice cream. We didn't get there for the 3rd night as we were at HHN.We always felt there was enough food to make a meal out of, we would get lunch out.It is really a time and $ saver for us,the nice thing is that you can always take food back to your room, either for a snack later,in the parks or if you want to eat breakfast in your room. The last 2 days that we were there,my dh got a cold(he did the same thing in May)(I have already threatened not to take him next time:rotfl2:)and I went to breakfast and asked for a tray, fixed our food and took it back to the room, additionally they let us stay in our room until 12:00 pm,since we had a late flight and my husband did not feel like sitting in the lobby all day,we hit the pool instead,it was a great day and he just slept in the shade until time to leave:hippie:

Thanks for the info. We're staying club level for our anniversary in 2 weeks, SO excited!

Be sure that it is noted on your reservation that it is your anniversary and also let the folks know at club. Be sure to meet Junior...he is hilarious:happytv:have a great time:thumbsup2
