We just returned from a great stay at Yacht Club! The crowd levels were great! The longest wait for a ride was about 30 minutes but most we walked right on! We had great meals at every restaurant! Any questions feel free to ask!:)

So glad you had a great trip! We stayed at the YC for the first time last November. LOVED IT!!!

Glad you enjoyed the Yacht Club! When the buses arrived in the mornings for MK and AK, did they already have people on board from stopping at the Boardwalk or S&W first?

We're also just back too! Crowds for rides didnt bother us at all... but there seemed to be MORE strollers and people in general than our peak season trip last summer, which we thought was bizarre. We toured differently this time though... maybe that was it?

We would have driven to AK, so I don't know on that one.

MK: I don't think so, but I honestly don't remember for sure. Sorry!

We just returned from a trip to the Beach Club, 9/16-9/22. I agree with the previous poster that there were more people and strollers in general. Scooters, too! It seemed like 1 out of every 5 people was in a scooter.

My kids are now 7, 7 and 10. The last time we went to Disney, they were 3, 3 and 6. We used 2 small umbrella strollers for the 3 year olds and had them folded up when the busses arrived. It seemed like everyone on this trip had huge cumbersome double joggers. Oh well! I know I was relieved to experience Disney for the first time without strollers.

We went in September the last time as well. It seemed more crowded this time. Honestly, I can't imagine what peak seasons must be like if this is the lowest level. We got on most rides easily but we still had significant waits of 30-50 minutes for the major attractions or we needed to get fast passes.

While there were many things I loved about the Beach Club (the pool, the view from the beach at night across the lake to the Boardwalk, the short walk to Epcot, although it was our least favorite park), I was disappointed with the food options. We don't like seafood and the counter service was just blah. Beaches and Cream loked adorable but I felt like we were eating burgers and ice cream all week, so it wasn't appealing. I wasn't thrilled with the wait times for the busses and boats, either. We stayed at Coronado Springs last time and didn't need to share busses or wait more than 5 minutes for any of them.

There were times when other resorts were on the bus first. We had one trip back from AK where they stopped at Blizzard Beach, the Swan/Dolphin and the Yacht Club before getting to the Beach Club. It seemed to take a really long time. Same with the bus back from MK.

Overall, though, the resort was beautiful and I wouldn't rule out staying there again. We enjoyed our meals at 50's Prime Time, Yak and Yeti and San Angel the most.

Where were your good meals?

Glad you had a good trip!

We had good meals everywhere! Teppan edo, Le Cellier, T-Rex, Rose & Crown, Cape May, Via Napoli, Coral Reef.

The best meal we had was at La Hacienda! It was amazing!! We had the Del Mar Fajitas which was scallops, shrimp and fish, very good!

I definitely agree with you on the wait times for buses and boats. It was horrible!! That was my only complaint on our trip.
