Just back. treated great at Universal

Hi All,
Just back from my annual halloween trip yesterday, and had a wonderfull time as usual. I thought that HHN's was really good this year. it was nice to see it back at the Studios. I think that the Psycho house (Bates house) was my favorite.

I also wanted to say that a castmember did a very nice thing for us. (myself and DD age 24)
on the night on the 29th it was very crowded. 60 minute waits. I thought I would try and buy express passes for the houses and they were sold out. since we had FF passes, I ask DD if she just wanted to come back on the 31st since we only had 2 more houses we didn't get to see before the lines became to long. the castmember lady overheard us talking then and ask if we minded waiting a moment. I say sure. she go's over and starts printing out something and gives us two expresss passes for two houses for free. :)
I thought that was about the nicest thing ever. we got to go in the other two houses without having to wait. made our night that was for sure.
we are always hearing about the bad things that happen, just thought I would say something positive about Universal for a change. :)

whenever a tm at universal does something nice for me i go to guest services and have them fill out a form to compliment the employee.

in fact, i am just now sending off a compliment on an employee from my recent trip.

i am totally and completely addicted to it.

went for year 7 this past month.

I could go on and on about HHN. It was really good this year, though the crowds were insane. We did the podcast live from hhn this year, and we were treated very well. If people ignore the gossip they'll find that Universal is just as good as disney....and in some ways better.

I always fill out a form at guest services too, but didn't because this happened at guest services and I didn't want to embarrass her.

I'm going to send an e-mail and let them know how much I appreciated Jan's kindness.

We run a buisness and good employees are hard to find. they are fortunate to have her work for them. it's people like that that gives Universal a good name and keeps people like me coming back. a company is only as good as the people who run the place in my opinion. :)

yep, hhn is very kewl :teeth: this was my 7th year in a row attending and like Arnold says, "I'll be back" :thumbsup2
