Just back today Easter Sunday

Just back spent 4 days crowds weren't bad at all. I read other posts about closing MK, we were there and crowds weren't even close to that. we never waited more then 20mins for a ride with one exception RNR was 30 mins we waited standyby while holding FP for ToT. We visited AK, MGM and MK and found all parks to be the same. We did notice some of the E rides to have longer lines late in the day around 5-6:00, but never saw any ride out of FP.

just got back from POFQ tonight(sunday). If you have any questions, I may be able to answer them. The weather was awesome this week. I do have to disagree about the fast-passes though. there were several times that the FP's for the major attractions were gone fairly early in the day. RNR and TOT FP's were regurlarly gone for the day by 6:00pm and on wednesday FP's for test track were all gone before 1:00pm. Overall, the crowds were not as bad as we had expected though.

We stayed at CSR this trip but have stayed at POR several times. I didn't see the problem with the FP running out but I have to admit we always have very good luck with our planning and wind up missing the crowds. We were at MGM Thurs and as of 8pm they still had FP for ToT and RNR. I don't know about Test Track we didn't make it to Epcot.

we had really good luck with the crowds as well. for the most part, we were done with the parks by 1:00pm and avoided the heaviest crowds I think. how did you like CSR? we stayed there last year and really liked it.

The crowds seemed the heaviest at MK on Thursday but after the fireworks they cleared out considerably and we were able to watch the late parade in Frontierland with practically noone around us. Unfortunately because of the shower that came through as the first parade ended, one of the little spinning fishy floats died during the second parade and had to be towed out and Chernabog was not in the second parade.

Also, I'm assuming because of the shower, Tinkerbell did not fly during the fireworks on Thursday.

We liked CSR we can only compare it to POR we've stayed there 4 times. The resort did not seem busy like POR, I know its smaller but it still seemed like there weren't alot of people except at the pool with the weather being so nice by 11am it was difficult to find a place to sit. The pool is smaller and has a nice setting my kids enjoyed the slide more it didn't seem like as much of a wait as the POR slide.. We ordered lunch at the pool one day they have a good selection for poolside. The room was nice you can tell it as newer and not showing its age as much. The bus transportation was good, we noticed ithe CSR depot is usually across from the others its not as congested and the buses weren't as full that also made it feel not as busy. We still love POR you can't beat the peacefulness of that resort (until you reach the food court).
