The parks were mobbed due to spring break. Most lines for the popular attractions were way too long, and the lines for Fast Pass returns were, in some cases, even longer than the main line.
We got a Fast Pass for Mickey's Philharmagic, returned at the designated time, and waited another 40 minutes! I'm guessing this was because of all the spring breakers, and is not the usually the norm.

MGM was probably the most crowded park. However, I noticed something interesting....their CM's are some of the nicest in "the World". I was pleasantly surprised, especially after overhearing two CM's in the Magic Kingdom using foul language.

Carousel of Progress was open! I had not been on that ride in YEARS, so I was really excited about going on (also, my husband had never seen it). OMG....how sad! The rugs are worn and torn, and the screens on stage had huge holes in them. I wonder why they allowed this to end up in such disrepair.

The bathrooms throughout Disney World were filthy. Most of the trash recepticles were overflowing with paper towels, and floors were slushy and littered with toilet tissue. Lots of guests were complaining. I used a bathroom in the Poly as well - condition was just as bad. The condition probably had alot to do with the sheer amount of guests due to spring break.

We had some of the best meals ever. Seems they're working hard on improving food quality. Our dinners were excellent at the following restaurants:

Tony's Town Square - yummy bread & pesto!
Olivia's (Old Key West) - we had our BEST meals here
Alfredo's - expensive but great nonetheless
Liberty Tree Tavern - The best salad in the 'world'

Merchandising seems to be on the rise. We saw a great selection of clothing and souveniers (my wallet felt the change also :p). The selection was better than in recent years!

Wishes was WONDERFUL! If you're heading to Disney, claim a spot near the "Partners" statue and enjoy!

On the fast-pass return line for Philharmagic, when I was there in February, Philharmagic had broken down right before my fast pass return time. The line for the fast-pass was over an hour long by the time they got the attraction going again. That may be why the fast-pass line was longer than the regular line, all those backed-up fast-passes.

Wow, it sounds like they could not keep up with the crowds. There is nothing worse than having to "go" and the bathrooms are dirty.

SHHHH!!! Don't tell anyone about Olivia's!! One of the BEST hidden secret restaurants on property since no one knows about it. Therefore, you can always just walk in and get a table, since it's rarely (if ever) crowded. Who knows, if people start to find out about it, I might never be able to get in! LOL

I have yet to see a problem w/ the bathrooms--- when I do it's going to really bug me. I have a HUGE problem w/ dirty public bathrooms. Bet you had great weather though?? I was there at the beginning of March and didn't realize just how busy MARCH can get. I've been spoiled the last few years. We keep missing the crowds. I really think it's in part to people starting to travel more again!
