This is what I do - the two most popular are the Scotia Passport Infinite Visa or the HSBC World Elite Mastercard. Which one works for you depends on what you're trying to accomplish and how much you want to spend.

If you were really trying to maximize rewards you could purchase Disney Gift Cards with a card that gives 3-4% back in rewards and use them as Disney transfers funds from CAD to USD with no forex but I find using the no forex CC a little less complicated.
