My husband and i just returned from 4 days at WDW. We have a TIW card which gives us 20% off food and alcohol at participating restaurants (well worth the $75.00 fee for the card). Here is our review!

Lunch
Earl of Sandwich

The Italian -Italian - salami, capicola, roasted ham, mortadella, mozzarella cheese, roma tomato and Zesty Italian dressing

The Full Montagu - roast beef and turkey with sharp cheddar cheese and aged Swiss cheese, romaine lettuce, roma tomato and Earl's mustard
sauce

Both sandwiches were tasty and served warm - the prices were reasonable and they took the AP card for a 10% discount. Lunch was under $15.00 for both of us.
Great place for a sandwich and then enjoy a stroll around the lake.

Dinner

Sanaa

We had not been here before - in fact, we have never dined in an Indian Restaurant. The waitress was very helpful and steered us in the selection of our food. Here's what we ordered:

Breads - Naan and Onion Kulcha - the naan is the best!
Accompaniments - Cucumber Raita, Garlic Pickle, Roasted Red Bell Pepper Hummus (like the cucumber raita the best - similar to tzatsiki sauce)

Chicken with Red Curry Sauce (mild and interesting flavor- not too much of a curry flavor)
Spicy Durban Chicken (very spicy)
Short ribs with gravy (almost like roast beef and gravy)
basmati rice and 5 grain rice (both rices - i preferred the basmati

paneer cheese and spinach (the paneer is a firm cheese - we didn't care for this side dish - the waitress noticed we didn't eat it and removed it from our bill --she was really great)

I had a glass of wine and DH had a beer

our total was approximately $65.00

We enjoyed our meal here and the ambience of the restaurant...
It is a neat place with large windows (tho we were there at night and did not see any animals even tho we were seated by a window)
Saana is a good walk away from the Animal Kingdom Lodge lobby so do allow time to get there if you park in the main lot or take the bus there
Even if you aren't familiar with Indian food, give it a try!

Lunch:

Liberty Tree Tavern

We always walk past Liberty Tree so this time we decided to have lunch here!
We ordered:

Liberty Tree Tavern Tri-Corner Sandwich - roast beef and swiss cheese with Liberty Tree Slaw, horseradish cream sauce and arugula served on herbed focaccia with your choice of soup or fresh tossed salad $12.99

We substituted french fries for the soup/salad and we actually split this sandwich (which they did in the kitchen for us)
The sandwich was good - a hearty sandwich ...and the fries were the best we had on our trip. Wait staff was good as well.
We will eat here again!

Total bill was approximately $13.00

Dinner:

Via Napoli
Quattro Stagioni - eggplant, artichokes, prosciutto, mushrooms
Family Style Salad - serves 2

A glass of wine and a beer

We always enjoy Via Napoli. The salad is generous and very fresh. This time we ordered the pizza that serves 2-3 ($30.00) --it was too large for us- we should have ordered the individual (like we did last year)...that was plenty of pizza - i had forgotten that was what we had ordered before!
We both love pizza but this was much food - we left 3 big pieces :(

Our bill was approximately $55.00

Lunch the next day was at Goblin Market in Mt Dora - great restaurant and antique shops nearby

Dinner:

Wolfgang Puck Express

Okay - we have always enjoyed Wolfgang Puck Express. This time - not so much. We ordered and the food was there literally as we found a table to sit down...my glass of wine was $9.00 for a no name wine (which I think is too much for an express-type restaurant but i still ordered it because i wanted a glass of wine) and my husband had a beer.
We ordered the:

Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf - mashed potatoes, port wine sauce and crispy onion rings $14

Butter Salad with balsamic dressing $7.00

Wine - $9.00
Beer

The meatloaf was fine - the potatoes were not hot. The salad was good.

Bottom line - even tho I know that this is "fast food", the prices would perhaps dictate a slight nod to being seated before the food arrives and perhaps a little lower priced wine

The do not accept TIW here

Lunch:

Lunch was in the World Showcase.

Kringla -
Norwegian Club - ham cheese bacon heated 7.99

Tasty sandwich - nice size and very fresh

Morocco - lamb gyro platter with lentil salad 9.99

My DH's favorite lunch - I had a bite of the lentil salad and thought it was really good

Dinner:

Kona

Chef’s special - 29.99
Kona Salad, Mahi Mahi, Pineapple Upside Down cake
Beer

Shrimp and Scallops - panko breaded shrimp and pan-seared scallops with sticky rice and ponzu, spicy guava-passion fruit and wasabi cream sauces* $20.99
Glass of wine

The Chef's special gives you a choice of salad, main course and dessert for $29.99. DH chose the Kona Salad - a plate of assorted greens with blue cheese, fruit, almonds..the main course he selected was mahi mahi which was simply grilled and then the pineapple upside down cake which was good. DH thought it was a solid meal but not memorable.

I ordered a child's salad which is a very small cup of lettuce and then enjoyed the shrimp and scallops with sticky rice. This is a good dish - the seafood is lightly fried - not heavy or greasy.

There tends to be a long wait with service but we did enjoy our meal.

Approximately $65.00

We had a great time at WDW. We ate breakfast in the room (cereal, fruit, coffee). We averaged about $38 to $40 per person per day for food, alcohol and tips (which includes two beers at the world showcase as we
walked around). We thought the food was good and, for the most part, reasonable. The wait staff overall was attentive (with the exception of the manager of Wolfgang Puck Express). We did have reservations at all the places we ate, but going at this time of year, there were plenty of open tables for walk-ups.

Hope this helps someone in their planning process. As always, I appreciate the DIS Boards and the information and kindness I receive from all of you!

Excellent reviews! I love EOS and LTT - both are wonderful meals that I look forward to on each trip. I really want to try Kona on our next trip, probably for breakfast. Thanks for taking the time to write this up! :thumbsup2
