We only stayed here for 1 night. Nov.13th we arrived at 11pm after a long drive from NY. We were in the Alligator Bayu section. A short walk to the main building. We had a first floor non smoking room. The room decor was OK, the room was clean but showed some wear. The room was small for us. It was myself, DH, DD 6yo and DS 20mo. We requested a crib and it didn't come. My son won't sleep in a pack n play so we just put him in bed with us. I didn't want to make a big deal because it was late and we were tired! We did walk around the resort the next morning and thought the grounds were very nice. We had breakfast at the fast food place there. It was about 9am and it was a bit crowded. Overall the place didn't leave a great impression on us. I must add that we always stay deluxe so this could be an opinion based on us just being use to that type of accomodations. There was a fridge in the room, free of charge. If anyone has any questions, ask away!

I don't think the Alligator Bayou has been refurbushed yet. We stayed in this section about 6 years ago. We recently (August) spent two nights here before moving to OKW and we were in building 80. It was definitely just refurbished. Everything was new, bright and fresh. Housekeeping asked if we like the new decor. They were also in the process of replacing all the mattresses - there were literally truck loads of them.
