It was a wonderful, albeit chilly, trip. We arrived the morning of Jan 19 to 70 degree weather. By Sunday the high dropped to the 50's and windy. I ended up buying a knit cap to keep my poor ears warm! It warmed up into the 60's by Tuesday afternoon, but I never wore shorts nor did we use the pool. We flew home on the 26th.
We stayed at the WL, which was fabulous as always. I got towel animals 4 of the 7 days! Had a woods view room, directly above the WCC, with a good view of Wishes.
The parks were deserted. We walked on almost everything and never used fastpass. The longest wait was probably 10 minutes for Stitch, which isn't much different than the old AE. Kind of lame.
We didn't use EMH as we like to take our time in the mornings, and by the time the parks "closed" we were either cold, tired, or had done everything because of no lines.
Transportation was fine for the most part. The only glitch was the MK boat not running in the fog. We waited on the dock for about 30 minutes with about 50 other people before someone called and got the scoop. Posting a sign or a CM on the dock would have been nice.
We ate table service at Le Cellier, Chefs De France, Boma, O'hana, Kona Cafe, Ft. Wilderness campground restaurant. Counter service at Cosmic Rays (2x), the bakery on Main St at MK, bakery in France, ABC Commissary, WL food court.
Any questions?
