We just returned from a week at Disney World. We stayed at Pop Century and had the dining plan. We ate at:

Concourse Steakhouse
Hoop-Dee-Do Revue
Ohanas
Le Cellier
Teppanyaki
Marrakesh
Chef Mickey's (breakfast)

and other assorted counter service restaurants.

We had wonderful service at every place we went, and didn't have a problem with sharing meals. We split the counter service credits between breakfast and lunch and was never hungry between meals. We ended up with lots of extra snack credits. No complaints at any of the restaurants, but our favorite was the Concourse Steakhouse and Chef Mickey's breakfast buffet.

Our favorite counter service restaurants were Earl of Sandwich (Downtown Disney) and Flame Tree BBQ (Animal Kingdom). We also like the hamburgers at the Electric Umbrella (Epcot) much better than at the Pop Century food court and other park restaurants. The taste of the meat was better.

I'll try to write more detailed reviews later, but if you have any questions in the meantime, just let me know. :)

Hi ... We're leaving in two weeks and have ADRs at Hoop-Dee-Doo, O'Hanas, Le Cellier and Teppanyaki. Figures the two meals you liked best were none of those! Anyhow, could you please let me know how they were. Thanks!

did you share in TS restaurants too? Which ones?

We are eating in Le Cellier, Concorse, and Teppanyaki also, any specifics you could share on thouse with the DP?

All of them were great! The food at HDD was simple, but good. The show was hilarious - my sides hurt from laughing so much. I don't know if we'll go again (some in my family want to, others don't), but it was definitely worth it to experience it once.

Ohana's was great, our meats were tender and each of us had a different favorite. The shrimp was very good, and the wings were great. Our reservations were a little late, though, and we were tired, so the activities for the children and the lady's constant chatter to them on the microphone was a little too much at the end of the day (we had speakers right at our table, so there was no getting away from her voice!) That was really the only drawback. The food was fine.

Le Cellier's was also great, and we had a wonderful waitress. Our reservation was late (almost 9:00), so we were exhausted by that time. It may have been one of our favorites if we weren't so exhausted. I really enjoyed the cheddar soup; actually, the more I ate it, the more I enjoyed it - weird, I know!

Teppanyaki was good, but not quite as good as other Japanese restaurants we've been to. I had the steak and shrimp combination, and they were both excellent. The sides were a little different than we were used to, and the chef didn't do a "show". The show didn't matter to me, though, because we've seen other shows, but the sides weren't quite as good as those at other restaurants we've been to. It was well worth going to, though, so don't cancel.

We shared meals at both Le Cellier's and at Teppanyaki, and that worked out well. We had no problem with that at all.

Let me know if you have any other questions. :)

We shared at all of our TS restaurants except for Ohana's and Chef Mickey's(which are buffets) and HDD (which is an all-you-can-eat dinner show). We had no problems sharing. The waiters/waitresses would just bring extra plates. I talked about Le Cellier and Teppanyaki in my other post, so I'll just add something about Concourse here. The steaks were tender (you could cut them with a fork), delicious, and huge - three of us got the 14 oz steaks so we could share, and one got the smaller filet. We still had too much food after sharing with our 9yo and 3yo. We should have just ordered three steaks and shared. Oh, we also got the chicken wings as appetizers and they give you so many that they could almost be a meal by themselves. I don't like to waste food, but we left a lot of food on the table that night. If we had known how many wings were served as appetizers, we would have planned better.

Let me know if you have any other questions. :flower:
