First off, I got back Sun nite and had a GREAT time and would be happy to answer any quez! I also will have a trip report. Eventually. :) I did the FTP package at the Contemporary Tower, and we did several PS breakfasts and dinners.

Today I wore a turquoise Epcot T-shirt that I purchased... and when I went to the bathroom, I realized there are these odd greenish streaks on part of the back/side that I hadn't noticed! Obviously, I've worn the shirt and the tag is cut off (I *may* be able to dig it out of the trash). I may have the receipt but I probably do not. Am I totally our of luck or what? :(

I've had a jacket/sweatshirt on top of the T-shirt all day so I am positive I didn't get anything on it myself.

but I have had the same problem. I bought a shirt in USA in Epcot and when I got it home, I realized that it had a small hole in the front chest area. I called WDW and finally got in contact with the right people. They had me describe the shirt and give them the number from the tag or the receipt (I can't remember which). They happily sent me a new shirt and didn't ask for the damaged one back. So now I have 2 of the same shirt. One I wear around the house while doing chores and the other I wear in public. If you can, find the tag or the receipt, they will need the number to make sure they know which shirt it is. Look on your receipt, there may be a phone number to call. Good luck. Dawn

I also know that if you have a Disney Store around and can find a receipt or tag, you can take it back there. But that doesn't help you get a new one, unfortunately.

I'm not sure about clothing, but when I was down in 1999, I had bought one of thoes cool Monorails, that has audio on it. When I got home to try it, the audio didn't work. I thought it was me, and I changed the batteries, but it still didn't work. So I called up the Disney Store, and they connected me to Walt Disney World. I told her my problem, and she said you would have a new one shortly. I was thinking 2-3 week. The next night, FedEx pulls up with my overnite package from Disney World! I thought that was the best thing ever! I opened the package up, and there was a note that said, they were sorry for the damage to the Monorail, and they said to keep the broken one. I just thought I share that with you. I know it doesn't have anything to do with clothing, but somebody might be interested.

I bought a watch at WDW in 02. By the time I returned in '03, the digital function no longer worked. I saw the same watch at many WDW stores, and when I asked to exchange it at the CSR gift shop, they were more than helpful:D Without any receipt they gladly gave me a new watch. You hear people grouse about slipping policies at WDW, this is certainly an area in which they excel.:D
