We (me, DH, DS 6 and DS 8) just returned from a relaxing stay at the HRH. Staying Club Level sure does add a measure of convenience that contributes to a laid back vacation. It even broadened the kids' palate from the typical chicken fingers and French fries. They ate more fruits and veggies this trip than ever in their short little lives.;)

They had fruit for breakfast with their toasted bagels and sliced veggies and fruit during the evening hor'dourves. We found that we didn't need to eat dinner after the hor'dourves. So we only had to spring for lunch each day.

The nights were were there the club served:
Saturday: cold marinated chicken, melon, pineapple
Sunday: Italian deli meats, pesto rolls, olives
Monday: Mini hot dogs, big soft pretzels
Tuesday: Chicken wings, watermelon, corn muffins
(plus raw vegetables and dip, cheese cubes every night)

We did try a cabana this trip. It was nice, but we probably wouldn't do it again. We just didn't spend enough time there to justify it. When we go to the pool, we all tend to spend our time "in" the pool. We booked cabana 6 and drank several frozen libations from the Beach Club.

Watching the fireworks from the pool was awesome. The fireworks just capped off a string of perfect days as we enjoyed FOTL access and I repeatedly beat my DH on MIB.

CDisney,
Is Kay still working on the Club level? She was so nice to our family during our last vacation at the HR. We are looking forward to chatting with her again. Glad you enjoyed your stay. Can't wait till next Monday, when we arrive at the HR.

Carol,

Kay is still working in the Club. We didn't chat too much with the concierge staff on this trip. We were fortunate to share conversations with a couple of families who had boys around my sons' ages. I think meeting other people is one of the best perks of Club level.

Enjoy your trip!

Hi there ~ great report ~ I am staying club level for 6 nights soon ~ how was your room?, what view did you have? Did you recieve turndown everynight?

thanx,

>>^..^<<

The room was clean and comfortable with turndown service every night. The staff left little gifts for the kids including fur-covered pens, key chains, the little flashlights with the fiber-optic-like strands and a gyroscope. One night, the staff arranged the stuff animals among the pillows.

We didn't make any requests regarding view. We were in the next to the last room at the end of a very long hall. We could see the boat channel from our window. It was very quiet since there wasn't much foot traffic past our room.
