It had some good things and some not so good things. The villa was clean and there was a good supply of towls, dishes, and pans. We really enjoyed all the room rather than being crammed into a hotel room. Also the drive to the parks was nice and probably quicker than riding a bus from a WDW resort hotel.

My only faults are more with the decorating. In the kids twin room they had attempted to glue down some of the decorations like the alarm clock and a Mickey and Minnie stuffed dolls. Pretty much everything that had been glued down had at some point been pulled off leaving a pile of gunk on the table top. There were also two little mickey chairs that had been glued and nailed to the wall, which were still attatched, but one was starting to come off. Also in the kids room there was a TV on top of the dresser, but the dresser was not bolted to the wall. Can we say accident ready to happen. Also in the master bedroom the TV on the dresser there was a little big and hanging over the front of the dresser.

Now these are certainly not things that ruined our vacation, just made me a little nervous and I plan on sending an email to them so maybe they can address some of these issues. I will say that everyone we delt with was very nice and professional.

When we arrived the code we were given didn't work, so I called the number of the management company and the lady was very nice. She said the codes had just recently been changed and we weren't notified. She gave us the new code and it worked fine. We also had to call about a leak from the toilet in the kids bathroom toilet and they had someone out within 24hrs to fix it.

I would certainly stay at WH again and would even use the same company again. We never got to use the splash pool, there was just no time and it was a little cold while we were there. We would pay for the pool heat next time, even in OCT. Of course we were there when they hit a record low for that time of year, but my kids were pretty upset they never got a chance to swim.

I think that's it. Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks for the review! Glad you had a good vacation. Gluing things down seems silly to me. Most renters have to pay a security deposit so rather than glue things down, why don't they just charge for missing items? Oh well. I would definitely let them know that it is a good idea to attach the dresser to the wall. After a close call here at home, all of our dresser have safety straps holding them to the wall.

Glad to hear you had a good trip. That is really strange about gluing things down. We stayed in a house in WH last year that was just beautiful. I would have loved to stay there again but just me, DH and my kids are going this year. We've rented Villa 6 from Magic Rentals and I have to say I was pretty undecided whether to do it b/c I couldn't find any info/reviews on them. I had to have that princess bedroom for my girls thoughprincess:
