I am not sure where to post so I'll try here. First, let me say I am so sad to be back home after my WDW trip Aug 16-22 with 2 of my bestfriends. I had a wonderful time. The crowds I thought weren't too bad, but waits for the "big" rides were quite long at times. I do need to write some letters to Disney though. I have never felt the need to until now for a few reasons. I am in my late twenties and I go to WDW several times a year and one of those trips is with my parents and 2 older brothers. We go to PI most nights as we have become friends w/many CMs there. It was not the same this trip w/all the refurbishment, but we still had some fun. I was even more saddened by the fact that my friend, Nick, who has the gyro stand has to leave PI because WDW does not want him there anymore, and he has to leave next week. Nick has been there for years and I can not tell you how nice he is. We became friends with him when my brother (who had too much to drink) wanted honey mustard for his gyro (don't ask.) Nick was so good about it and the following year he remembered us and ever since we have gotten to know him and his family. My first and last stop at PI is always to see Nick. He usually has quite a few people on line to get food. He puts up with quite a lot especially at the end of the night and i know he likes it at PI. I know Disney will not change its mind on the account of just me, but I needed to share and to ask where and to whom do I write? I would not feel right about it if I did not voice my concern and disappointment. Also, if anyone else would like to write, please do.
I would also like to write about a CM, Joline, at AK who was very rude and gave my friend a hard time when her fingers were not reading fast enough. My friend has done this many, many times and the CM yelled at her and then grabbed her hand and forced it in. She also got very angry when my other friend's card would not read right away.
On the positive side, I had a wonderful CM at the MK at Guest Relations. I was having a hard time exchanging my DVC AP renewal voucher. Bob was wonderful and very patient and spent a good deal of time trying to help. It probably took 10-15 minutes to straighten everything out, but he did. I would like to inform WDW about his efforts and great work as a CM. If anyone, can let me know where to write I would appreciate it. Thanks!!!

-Jessica

Is Bob a tall fellow with very short, dark hair, thin, about 35-38 or so? If so, maybe that's the same Bob that helped us when we had a problem at the MK and went to guest relations. I never got to write about him either (and unfortunately I don't have any addresses for you, sorry!) but yes, he is WONDERFUL.

I don't have any addresses either (sorry!!), but one thing that should be mentioned...if you have a problem with anyone while you're there, you need to deal with the situation while you're there. By all means write the letter!! But for future reference, make sure you ask to speak with a manager then and there.

You can write an email to them here:

I had written a complaint about a horrible time I had a CRT in June. I was very upset at the time and I should have complained while we were there, but I didn't want to cry in front of anyone. :sad2:

Anyway, I received a reply nearly 2 months after the complaint. A CM called me an apologized and I had a long conversation with him. They said that the complaint did go straight to CRT management and the CM that waited on us was spoken to.
