Just back from using the DP

We just got back and used the dining plan for the first time. It took us a long time to decide whether to take the plan. It cost us $1,063.72 for the four of us for seven days (two adults and two 14 yr old boys). We got $1,439.98 worth of food, and had 3 CS left over. So it turned out to be a great deal, but we ate a lot more than we usually do, as we don't usually have CS meals every day.

The TS meals we used were at Yachtsman, Biergarten, Narcoosee's, Marrakesh, and Alfredos.

Wondering if we asked your 14 y/o boys which restaurant they enjoyed MOST? - what would the answer be????

Going in September for FDP with DD (10) and still debating whether or not to bring along DS(14).. it's tough to turn down free dining, especially with that teenaged boy appetite..!!!!

I asked them which restaurants they liked best and they gave this order.
1st DS said 1. Narcoosee's, 2. Alfredos, 3. Biergarten, 4. Yachtsman, and 5. Marrakesh.
2nd DS said: 1. Yachtsman, 2. Narcoosee's, 3. Alfredo's, 4. Marrakesh, and 5. Biergarten.

Not on the list because it is not offered on the DDP, but thier favorite restaurant is Shlula's.

How was the food at Narcoosees ?

Narcoosee's was very good. DH and DS's all had the surf 'n turf and I had the Maine lobster. For appetizers DH and I had the Chilled Shrimp, one DS had the crab cakes and the other had the mussels. We also had a side of marinated mushrooms which were very good (we were going to pay cash for those, but they didn't charge us). We all finished everything, I just wanted to roll out of there!
