Pleasantly surprised with Ft. Wilderness and the cabins. I had been to Ft. Wilderness back in the Discovery Island days, but had never stayed. Stayed just one night in a cabin - clean and roomy. Love the kitchen. Also love pulling the car right up to the cabin! Looking forward to staying here again. Any questions?

How many stayed in the cabin? I am thinking about them for myself, my DH, two small DS's and my parents. Would it work out? How long was the wait for busses?

The cabins would be cozy. There are bunk beds in the back bedroom plus a full-sized bed. The Murphy bed pulls down in the living room and is also full sized. DH and I slept there well. He is 6'2" and I am Pooh-sized!

I really love FW so my opinion is biased. Even tho we also stay at moderates and deluxes in April we are camping in FW. I think for little ones the petting zoo and playgrounds and the magical ferry ride to MK are wonderful.

Only down side for me is lack of hot tubs. Boo, hiss, but I still camp at FW! LOL
