Just back from POR and WL...willing to answer Q's

My husband, our 5 yo son and I spent ten days at these resorts; we returned yesterday and had a great time! I am willing to answer any questions regarding our experience:

Parks visited and special activities we attended:
- All Disney theme parks two or three times
- Downtown Disney
- Fantasmic! Dinner package
- Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party

Sit down restaurants we ate at:

-Cinderella's Royal table (lunch)
-Hollywood & Vine (dinner)
-Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater (lunch)
-Whispering Canyon Cafe (breakfast & lunch)
-Rainforest Cafe (dinner)
-Liberty Tree Tavern (lunch)
-The Garden Grill (lunch)

How was the Liberty Tree, the Garden Grill and how did you like the Fantasmic Show? There will be 13 of us at WDW March 14th for six days, and I am getting in a panic because I do not have this thing planned!! Like where is the best place to watch Illuminations and Wishes Fireworks? Thanks in advance for your reply..
