Just back from POP!

We just did 5 days at POP! We really liked the resort, only having All Star Movies to compare it to! We were at ASMo late last August - smaller crowds since school was back. Anyway, there were far more buses then than last week. We were forever waiting for the bus. Twenty minutes plus. I don't know - they seems to always be there last year but not this year. We rented a car this year and that made all the difference for us in the end. Even Saturday night, after Wishes, it took less than 30min from leaving the park, driving and getting back to the hotel. Maybe it would have been the same for the bus - maybe not. AT least we were moving. After Illuminations on Friday night, we were in our room within 15minutes! Awesome!
Other than the buses, we liked POP a lot. The food court was busy at times but everything was clean and available. The laundry room was clean as were the rooms! Very nice! I really liked Everything POP - better than the store at All Stars! More stock and variety!
Gosh I miss it so MUCH I was able to get DH to go this year but I have a feeling it might be awhile before we're Disney bound again!

Welcome back!!

I can't believe we have been back for 3 weeks now. We loved Pop as well, again we have only ASMo to compare it to. Buses were great, even when it was crowded leaving MK at closing. Our room was good, very little noise, and we had a great view of Illuminations.

We were in 50s C and I still don't get how people think this is a long walk to the buses .
