Just back from POP

My two adult duaghters and I just returned from a fantastic week at WDW. We hadn't been to WDW in 10 years and never stayed on-site. This reort exceeded our expectations in all areas. Checkin went quickly, the CM was leaving for home (Hong Kong) the next day and was very excited. We were in building 6 of the seventies facing hourglass Lake. This was a long walk from the parking lot but was close to everything else. Extra towels for the pool were delivered promptly, our room was clean by 1:00PM for my afternoon naps, and the attention to detail was awesome everywhere.
We will be staying here again. The only misunderstanding occured at checkout. I requested express checkout and was told delivery would occur between 6 and 8 AM. We wanted to leave by 7 and had noticed packets hanging on doors at that time. I looked outside at 7:30 and our door was the only one without the packet. Calling the desk, I found out that since we didn't have any charges, no packet was necessary. I should have asked first.

We just returned from Pop also and found the experience to be great. I had a CM from Hong Kong check us in also. A young lady. May have been the same CM you had. Also, we did the same thing you did regarding express check-out. I kept looking outside at the door to see if they left the bill and finally when we just had to leave I called the front desk and they said since I hadn't charged anything we did not get a bill. I think they need to make that a little bit clearer at check-in.

We stayed in the 90's building and used the 80's parking. This lot in front of our building only held about 10 to 15 cars and was empty most of our stay. I can understand by looking at the parking lots that were full that it must have been hard to find a lot close to some of the rooms.

Glad you had a good time. We did also. We will not hesitate to stay at Pop again. In fact, that will probably be our first choice.
