My family and myself have just returned from a 7 night stay at the Poly Concierge. WHile not first time at the Poly, it was our first stay with the Concierge. The food was wondeful and the staff friendly and accomadating. However the Tahiti Bldg. was busy and lines in the lounge were frequent, although the lines were not terrrible long it was a reality. The food never ran out and the selections were great and delicious. I was thrilled that we did not recieve a room with a funky smell and the cleanliness was superb. We were in lagoon 3031 which placed Space Mountain directly across from us and the Castle a little to our left. We loved the fireworks show nightly and the Spectra parade in the kingdom was wonderful. Overall we enjoyed our stay but I have to be honest and say that the level of personable service was lacking. I do think much of that can be attributed to the number of guests staying at the Tahiti ( seemed booked while we were there) Talked to Chef Dick and complemented him on the fare and while confersing he said that he could not wait to get back to the Hawaii Bldg. We loved the options for transportation and found the smaller boat located by volcano pool a delight! The ttc center was a quick jaunt from where we stayed and really appreciated the fact that we only had to figure one meal which was lunch for our family. This can be fiscally sound because generally you recieve a price break for some restaurants at lunchtime, for example the Biergarten buffet, which was awesome by the way. I also would like to leave this last peice of advice my family was up early and at the park for openings and we accomplished more from 9:00-10:30 a.m. than what we could the whole rest of the day it was amazing how the parks filled by 11:00a.m., and Magic Kingdom was by far the most popular of all and consistently more crowded than the rest. Overall we loved our vacation and can't wait to try the Poly Concierge in the Hawaii
