Just Back from Loop 2800

We had such a great time and I am so sad to be back....

Just had to report though, that although the parks were crowded the campground was great. The buses were running really well. We rarely had to wait very long. And since we were in Loop 2800 lots of times we would just walk back from the Outpost bus stop.

We did our grocery shopping at the new Winn Dixie on Apopka-Vineland Road. WOW! Brand new, CLEAN!, good prices and EMPTY! We went in the middle of a Saturday afternoon and there was hardly anyone there. The prices were the same or lower than the Winn Dixie here in NC.

Bet that Winn Dixie would want the place to be wall to wall customers.

Glad you had a great time and when do you return to shop at WD again, oh, and also visit the Fort?

We will be back in December! Only 188 more days!!

I'm sure that WD will pick up plenty of customers soon. Most people looked like locals. As soon as the word gets out it will be hopping.

We'll be back early Dec. also but won't be able to check out WD since we don't have a vehicle to get there from FW. No toad behind the MH.

The Winn-Dixie on Vineland Rd. is great! The prices are much better than some of the other nearby supermarkets. I've never seen it too busy, however, last week it was the busiest I've seen. Of course WDW seemed packed! FW had 98% occupancy (a few tent sites available). It was our first stay at FW and we loved it! We had a cabin in the 2600 loop that was close to the bus stop, and pool. We'll be returning to WDW after Thanksgiving, and as of now we're thinking of returning to FW.
