Just back from Dolphin Suite, no stirke problems

We had the most wonderful time!! Thank you for the magic, Mr. S/D!!! This was my 5th visit to the Dolphin, and just as great as the last. Took 5 co-workers who are all now hooked. One wants to upgrade to an AP, and the rest are ready to go back for food and wine festival!!! The strikers are out at the entrance with signs and are not disturbing the peace in any way. The service at the hotel was top notch, and I didn't notice any significant differences.

I read somewhere that all but about 25 people crossed the picket line and went back to work. It sounds like they expected a quick action from the owners and Starwood and didn't get it so most went back to work.

And here I was starting to worry about my July trip to the Dolphin!!

I also heard the same thing from a friend who just returned from a fabulous trip to the Dolphin. They absolutely loved it and said they didn't notice the strike at all until they were leaving Disney their last day. Then they just noticed a few people with signs on the sidewalk. They said the service was top-notch as always.

This is good to hear. We are staying at the Dolphin for the first time in Aug and are very excited.
