A fun 2 days. Went to Epcot F&W and it was very nice. My faves were the Honey-nut pan seared salmon (canada) The Tomato/goat cheese tart (france) and the sangria flan (spain).

Onto CSR: just like I remembered it from 1999. I was in Ranchos 7B right near the dig site pool. The room was fine, maybe showing a bit more wear than I would expect but no biggie. I assume the pool proximity makes this a popular building. Didnt hit the Pepper mkt at all, Had the prime rib at Maya grill (good, but very pricey). Dinner for 1, incl tax and tip, no alchohol $40. Where's the 'moderate' ?? not in the restaurant :-D.

I was there on the FL resident special $79/day . Overall, a good short trip. Any Q's ??

I love CSR. We never ate at the Maya although we were tempted to try breakfast there, but the buffet was a bit more than we wanted to eat.

We have always been in Casitas (I requested Cabanas last visit and they were not available). We haven't decided where to stay in January, but CSR is definitely a possibility.

We always found the bus service to be perfect. Did you use the bus at all?

I didnt use the bus , having my own car but they seemed plentiful
and barely occupied. My room was right near CSR bus stop #4 and the buses seemed to be circling very often.

Forgot one thing: The Maya breakfast buffet was fine, not spectacular. The quality good, selection so-so.
