Arrived Saturday around 1:30, room was not ready. Had lunch at Big River Grill and we came back around 2:30, it was ready. We had a standard view dedicated 1 bedroom that overlooked the pond and fountain, room 3121. Long way down the hall, but I wanted to be away from the valet entrance and I thought the pond area was pretty, so I requested it. Room was in good condition, everything in good working order. It had a long covered porch that was in desparate need of a power washing (not just bird droppings, regular dirt too). They were painting the exterior of the rooms over the quiet pool, maybe when they get around to that side of the building they will take care of it, I noticed they took the awnings down already. We had a partial view of the Epcot fireworks, there was a big tree in front of our porch. Weather was beautiful, 80 everyday. Crowds were very low, I rode Space Mountain twice yesterday in about 20 minutes total (around noon). Buzz was only 10 minutes, fastpass shut down. I wanted to go to the BW annual meeting, but we decided to go to MK to see Regis & Kelley taping the parade for Christmas morning. We also saw a taping of the Millionaire show (Olympic hereos as contestants) on Monday. BW CM's were all great, all seemed to bend over backwards for you. So back to reality... I miss my BW home already!

And all this time I thought the parade on Christmas was live.

Not only is the Christmas parade taped, so is the Easter parade. Last year we watched the Easter parade at home in Michigan, and you can imagine my surprise when my daughter's face appeared on screen, singing Easter Parade! Since we had not been there in two years at Easter, I was quite surprised that they used a tape that old. She sure was cute at that age, as she had progressed to the adolescent stage in the mean time.
