Just back from BCV stay...

What a wonderful place that is!!! I would highly recommend that -- or Beach Club Resort -- to anyone going on a WDW trip in the near future. It's great for kids, both old and young, and is incredibly convenient to Epcot, Boardwalk and MGM, which minimizes the time spent on buses (yeah!). My only criticism of BCV is that the water pressure and temperature of the shower could have been improved. Not sure if it was due to the time of day that I happened to be taking my showers, but the water pressure wasn't very strong and it wasn't hot enough, imo... Other than that, the resort was in great shape (despite some scaffolding) and the cm's very accommodating. Of the places we've stayed (BWV, Poly, WL, WLV, ASMu), this was our favorite.

I just stayed at BCV too!!! It's soooooo amazing. Funny, we had the same problem with water pressure and temperature too.

I've heard about some who've had problems with the motion sensors turning off the air conditioning during the warm nights. Any problems like that?

... fortunately, because it was pretty hot when we were there! My only complaint was the water temp and pressure.

There was a fair amount of scaffolding around the pool area, but other than that, the place looked great!

I can't wait to take my kiddies next May -- they're going to LOVE it!!!

Are they working on SAB? I thought they were only renovating the rooms at the BC.

... Specifically, the area in the middle where the raised deck is located. There's also scaffolding around the part of YC right next to where two of the hot tubs are located.
