Welcome Back. Glad you had a great trip. How was the AKL? This is our favorite resort. Do your suitcase still smell like the AKL? When we got home from our last trip I neglected to unpack for about a week and when I opened the suitcases the smell of the AKL can right at me.

The AKL was great. We got upgraded to savannah view and that was a nice surprise. We were there three nights and then went to POFQ for three nights. I unpacked and did laundry immediately when we got home so I didn't notice if the bags smelled like Disney........ But I would love it had it smelled like the Boma. After we were done ating, I just wanted to stay and enjoy the smells.....

I know what you mean about the smell and the food. During are stay were ate at Boma 6 times. My DH is always talking about those ribs! The smell is so wonderful I can still remember it!

Glad to hear you had a wonderful time! We are headed over to AKL this coming Sunday! Woo hoo! We are very excited. This will be our second stay at AKL, the first time was 2 years ago. What a wonderful surprise for you to get an upgrade. What savannah were you on? What floor? How was the pool? Was the water feeling warm or cool to you? Was it crowded? Did you eat at Jiko? We didn't last time because we were eating at Boma and the Mara and off in the parks so we never tried it.
