We just came back from a trade out to a place called Tahiti (not Tahiti village) in Las Vegas. It was about 2 miles from the strip.

We had a 1BR. It was worth the trade. Clean and excellent staff. The room was great. They had a continental breakfast each morning, usually texas toast, danish, coffee, tea and fruit. They had an hourly shuttle to the strip until 1am, I think. We had a car, so we didn't use it.

They did ask us nicely if we wanted to go to a time share presentation for 90 minutes in exchange some free show tickets. This happened twice, we said no and they didn't bother us after that. No pressure.

Definitely worth the trade, no complaints.

It is good to hear a pleasant experience, we loved Vegas so that will be a planned trip using our points maybe next yr or the year after that.
:bitelip: Thanks for the info !

We have stayed at Polo Towers and it was wonderful. We stayed there before we were DVC members renting it through someone else's timeshare. I was excited to see it be part of II when I joined. It is one lot off the strip just behind the Hawaiian Marketplace across from the Monte Carlo. I would definitely recommend it if you want to stay on the strip.

I am so glad to hear that your trade went well as we are doing our first one this coming week to Phoenix. I am especially glad to hear that you thought it was worth the points. Hopefully we will feel the same!
