Just back...FLTours was wonderful!

Just wanted to let you all know we had a great experience with FLTours this past weekend. We needed transport from the Dolphin to the Renaissance, Airport for our last night before flying home Sunday morning. The driver ended up being about 10 minutes late because of the torrential downpours and generally horrendous weather. He apologized profusely and we were in no hurry to leave WDW anyway!!

The best part though, was that I had reserved a luxury van for our transport because the towncar would be too small for our family of 5. Well, to our great surprise and delight, we ended up with a stretch limo picking us up!! The kids were absolutely beside themselves and were so thrilled!! It made for a great end to the vacation. Thanks for your report. We'll be using them in November and it's great to hear good things about them. We also reserved a luxury van and will be very happy if we can get one of them with the video monitor in it. My boys will love that!

Thnks for the report. I really do want to support a Dis sponser but our flight arrives at 10pm and I don't want to be stranded with 3 DDs. I am still wafflin on renting a car or a limo.

We used Fl Tours last year and were very happy with the service. Our flight was 1.5 hours late arriving and as soon as we arrived at the airport we saw our driver. Poor thing...by this time it was about 1 am.
We are going on our next trip in 2 days (my counter is wrong) and we are using them again.

I don't think you would be stranded just because you arrive at 10pm. With 3 daughters or no daughters, you wouldn't want to be stranded, but I don't think you need to worry.

The car rental decision would probably be dependent on how much you would use the car after you arrive, wouldn't it? I think you can count on being picked up even if the flight is late.

WE have always rented in the past but this year we want to be "stranded" at WDW since we will be AP holders,lol . The girls would get such a bang out of a Limo! I am just hesitant because every limo service has had a "glitch" for someone here on the DIS and although rare I am not sure if I want to chance it. If we do I will probably have a rental res for a back up.
