Just Back BWI Concierge

Just a quick post to tell you all tyhat we had a great trip as usual!! Love the BWI concierge and it's awesome staff!!

I don't know if this has been posted but check in is now upstairs on the 4th floor. We got lucky and one of our favorite CM's was outside as we pulled up.

Also, we called housekeeping for our fridge and they were looking all over for one that should have been there. The next day they brought the new permanent one. Very nice and larger than the other ones.

Offerings in the lounge were good as usual we really don't eat much there, but just a note that the finger sandwiches in the afternoon are gone. Also, they offer 4 wines and had Amstel and Mich. beer for the 5pm offering in case you were interested. The selection of cordials was much less than last year but I am sure everyone can find something that will suit their taste.....mine is Bailey's on the rocks!

The weather was rather cool and rainy so the crowds were definately manageable, we did 3 parks on Christmas day.

I'm glad they have check-in upstairs now. That was the one (and only) thing we missed about the GF's concierge. The private check-in just adds to the fact that the BWI is the BEST on property! I'm happy you had such a great time. I can't wait until July!

Glad you had such a great trip! We spent a couple of nights at BWI CL in July after a few nights at GF (where we have stayed many times). I absolutely LOVED BWI CL. It is amazing! Can't wait to go back sometime soon

I am so happy to know you can now check in upstairs, it makes it so much easier. How were my favorite cast members, Jackie, Robin, Scott, Laura and Ilia doing? They are the best that Disney has to offer!

They are all doing great! It was Scott who happened to be out front as our car pulled up so that was a nice surprise. I won't go into detail but it really is like going home to family!
