The crowds were OK...only 45 minute wait for Space, that was the longest wait...we walked onto BTM and HM, 20 min wait for PPF...definitely go the second parade.. I got advice from some fellow DISers to go to the second parade and it worked the crowds were less at the second parade.. I did see some Pop Warner groups there but they were not bad....
