We just got back from a great stay at the World. We attended the first Star Wars weekend and wanted to get autographs from the featured stars, Anthony Daniels and Billy Dee Williams.

Definitely use your early entry feature if you are staying at a Disney resort. We got thru the turnstiles at 8:15 to snag a spot in line for the wristbands. The lines form over at the "lake" which is right across from the 50's Prime Time cafe. We split up to wait in two different lines for each stars wristband. Waited at least 45 minutes for them to start passing out the bands. We were in the first 60 to be passed out which gave us the 12:15 signing session. Be aware that you can't bring items for the stars to sign. They will only sign their studio picture that the cm's will pass out to you. Many people had brought items to sign and were very dissapointed! The guy in front of me had brought a head replica of CPO!

We came back at 12:00 to line up in our wristband number order and waited another 45 minutes. Be aware this is an uncovered area and it gets very hot! Bring water and fans to manage a hot day. Anthony Daniels was very pleasant to everyone and would come out from behind his podium for pictures. It was a fun experience for our 13 yr olds! Hope this info is helpful.

Thanks for the tips. I'll bump this back up for someone who was asking about this topic earlier. :)

I was there for memorial day weekend. If anyone is interested in the trivia contest I got some tips. Get to the park around opening to register for the contest(the contest doesn't start until six). Watch Ep 1 and 2 a few times as most of the questions came from there. I was out after the second question.

For the Stars Wars edition of Who wants to be a millionaire, it is kind of a let down. They only had 2 shows a day and spent a lot of time goofing around with the characters. The highest question we got to was the 1000 pt question and they were easy for nerds like myself.

Overall the trip was good and there are always cools pins to buy.

Lets hope that Star Tours gets an update soon.

Franky4fingers, the WWtBaM really all depends on the people who win. I saw a young girl (around 12) get to almost the 1000 point question (with A LOT of help from the audience and host) but then there was a 1,000,000 winner the first weekend (the 11:30 Saturday show). Wow, some of those questions were hard. If you get lucky and have some knowledgable people in the hotseat, the show is much much better. It seems that they want to get people to the 1,000 point level and then try to knock them off after that.
