Just Back 7/5 - 7/8

Had a blast...... The weather.... well you know, hot, humid and rained alittle.. actually on the 7th it started about 3pm and ended about 12am... but there were MK extra magic hours till 2am.... The crowds.... Well, they were totally alright.... We went in October and the crowds were about the same.... (southern states have fall vacation the week we went, also people that had to postpone there vacations because of the hurricanes were sent the week we went in October) But I was expecting huge waits... About the same, 50min for some, POC on July 7th Its official open date) the max was 30min... Yeah, and Jack Sparrow... He looks so real you keep looking at him... I mean exactly!!!! Everything was terrific.. EE at AK, well that was awesome!!! rode that 7 times over 2 days.... Stayed at the POP, the rooms were nice, but the bus waits at times were long.... And I don't mean the lines.... We waitied for a Down town Dis bus for about 40 or more minutes....

Overall, the July mini vacation was great.... I would go in July again!!!!

I often wondered if the heat and humidity would be to much for this time of the year. Thanks so much for your report on this...

I'm glad you enjoyed your trip. I was really impressed with the Jack Sparrow addition to POTC too. The girl in front of us kept saying, "That's a real person. Look at his eyes." She had a hard time believing it wasn't.

We thought the weather was pretty nice too.
