I really enjoyed this restaurant, but my DH and Mom didn't really enjoy it, especially Mom. I guess it was just too different for her. Jim said the meat was dry, but he really liked the mustard sauce that was offered in front of the meat area.
As much as I'd like to return next year, I think it would have to be a solo meal!
That Tuna Oscar does look wonderful. How 'cooked' is the tuna?
I thought it was a pretty restaurant. My DH loved Boma. I liked it, especially the nut crusted salmon, all the hummus, carrot ginger soup and the coconut chicken curry stew but in general I am not much of a buffet person.
The kids liked it but there were others they liked more so I'm not sure we'll be back. As pretty as AKL is, it felt very far away and I'd probably try Jiko or Yak and Yeti for our next AK day instead.

Thanks for the great reviews and pics. Your daughters are adorable. I'm a little nervous about trying Boma for our June trip. DH will love it I'm sure but I'm a pretty picky eater. How did you like the zebra domes? I can't wait to try those.![]()
I didn't know you could get California Rolls at Sunshine Seasons! Do they have any kind of mayonaise or sauce on them?
Thanks!
