I can honestly say we did not have a single problem. A great trip!

Now, that's what I like to hear! :)

Thanks for posting, it makes me want to be there right now. I'm getting homesick, our trip can't come any quicker.

How were the crowds in the parks and at the pool?

Did they finish the work on the slide at SaB or is it still being rehabbed?

Glad you had a good time. We are arriving on this Sunday.

The parks were pretty quiet, for the major rides we used fast passes but most were 10 to 15 min wait.

The whole resort was very quiet SAB was almost empty most of the time and the temp was 80+.

On Thursday, they took down all the construction fencing around the slide and were raking the sand and generally cleaning it up. I actually thought it might open on friday but a lifeguard told me it was still planned for April ist I'll be surprised if its not open sooner.

There is alot of rehab going on at the resort it looks like painting and some replacing of the siding. The whole side facing the wooded area is covered in scafolding.

Have a great trip

Great to hear! We will be there 6/22-26 in 1 bdroom any suggestions for rooms! Can't wait! Our home resort is OKW so this is the first time for us there.

Rob...thanks for the quick thumbnail of your trip report.

Like Pam said....very glad to hear you had a great trip with no problems.

I have a feeling that Saturday check-ins are a lot easier to get in early than the Sunday check-in so many of us do.

Hard to believe a "lot of rehab" on a resort less than a year old. But it could easily still be warranty work being done (as in...no $$ from the dues!)

Boy! you packed alot of punch to that trip. When was your rest day? We go twice a year spending more then a month in disney a year so we don't go crazy trying to do everything in 1 trip.We have become more relaxed and laid back. Can't wait to hear all about your trip.

you had a great trip! The BCV's are beautiful! We were there in October and will be this October again! Can't wait!

Thanks for the great reviews. I can't wait to read your trip report. We'll be there in June and I can't wait!!!;)

Studio #470 great view of the quiet pool

We were in Rm 475 facing Epcot, which was nice but when we opened the balcony door, we had alot of the street traffic noise from below. (next time we'll try the quiet pool side)

Glad you had a great time!
Did you go over to Boardwalk's pool to use the slide? They had lifeguards carting people back & forth on request since SaB's slide was in rehab. We only tried it our last day! We heard that by this past Sunday the slide would be back! We just missed it!!!

What did you think of the Dolphins in Depth and Aqua Tour? Which one did you like better? I am thinking of booking one of these for my son and daughter-in-law. We're going home in 14 days to OKW. Also, can you tell about the price for these.

We are going in July to BCV, just wondering was your room a bed and a pull out or two queen beds?

We are checking into BCVs a week from today! Our first trip HOME. We have 2 nights at HH first on our way down, so we only get to spend 3 nights at BCVs. We can't wait! We have a studio reserved too. My kids can't wait to try out SAB!

Bakmmo, our room had 1 Queen bed and the fold out.

Tigger7570,

Both the aqua Tour and the Dolphins in depth were fantastic and very different. It really depends on what you like.

The Aqua tour is focused on the main tank with all the various fish and sea life. You tour behind the scences and then they suit you up in a wet suit and scuba gear and you swim in tank for aprox. 30 minutes. You must stay on the surface like you are snorkeling.
My wife and I watched from the viewing area in Sea Base Alpha it was very exciting. They give you a T-Shirt and a very nice group photo. The cost was $100.00 per person less a 10% DVC disc.

Dolphins in depth is focused on the training and care of the dolphins. They give them all kinds of information about dolphins and they participate in a training session. Then they enter the water and interact (touching, rubbing, holding) with the dolphins for 30 minutes. They get a t-shirt and a group photo which includes the dolphin. The cost was $140.00 per person less a 10% DVC disc.

As well as being a blast they were very educational with a strong focus on conservation and preservation of wildilfe and habitat.

I must add that the cm's involved in these program were amazing they made these kids feel very special and treated them great.

Hope that helps, Rob
