Just back a hour ago. We went March 17 - 20. Got to ride small world in the first hour it was open. Saw the fist day performance of Cinderellabration and so much more. It was a short trip but a great incentive to save money and work hard for our trip in June!!! Any questions ???

We were there on the 17th only, for the day, and Small World was not open. What day did it open? Also, we went on CoP. Was that still open on the weekend?

Hi,

What were the crowds like? How long on average were the waits?
Just Curious!

Well, I can answer that question for Thursday, St. Patricks day. It RAINED and it RAINED, so we found crowds to be extremely manageable. We got on everything we wanted to in the MK as well as Epcot.

did you go to cindy's breakfast.... if yes which princesses were there?
Diane

We were planning on heading to the MK on the 17th, but the 2 inches of rain kept us away - we had an infant on board this time around and didn't want to subject her to the rain! We went on the 18th instead - despite my reservations about going on an early entry day. Small World was open & then closed and then open again... A CM manning the ice cream cart next to it said that was happening throughout the day. We stayed the entire day and found the waits to be bearable and the crowds also bearable. It was crowded, but I've seen worse. Closing time was extended to 11PM and I don't think many people knew that so were were walking right on to rides from 9:45....

Hi there
OK
17-drove in pouring rain all day. Dinner at 1900 Park Faire. Great as usual
18 Ohanas for breakfast. Magic Kingdom from about 10 - 5pm, Plaza Res. for lunch . Then Epcot -Le Cellier for dinner.
MK crowds were heavy and the weather was 50-67 as the day progressed, but with fast pass and waits we did get on Buzz, TTA, COP, Splash, Philarmagic, Small world, saw the new Cinderellabration show. Small world opened this day but they said they were still having problems with the animatronics. Some things were still not working. The inside of SW looks the same just cleaner and sparkles more. The outside is complety different. New white and gold facade, new clock, new boats and the entrance is changed to where the exit is. Saw the new noodle station and it looked good just did not get a chance to try it. Without fast passes Buss was 60 min, PP 80, Philarmagic was 40 minutes. Since it was cool Splash was 15 minutes.
At Epcot that night only did SE and dinner.
19 - Epcot late start at 11 and then MK at 5:45
Epcot - picked p fast pass at 12 for 4:35-:5:35. Turtle talk 5 minute wait, Figment ride no wait. Missed seeing figment character. Went around the world. Saw auarora and belle, Mary poppins, Jasmine and Genie The countries were pretty crowded. Had a rice cream in norway then Test track.. Lines were incredible for TT. With FP right in.
MK- still heavy crowds but much better than the 18th. FP-Philarmagic,PP,went on SW again,Barnstormer, Buzz. saw the princesses, minnie, donald, pooh, eyeore, tigger.
If ou were wondering at the ride choices let me tell you we had two kids with us. One of which is very hesitant on the faster and crazier rides. All in all we hit most of the rides we wanted. The ones we missed were ok as my DD and I will be back in June and just remembered that when we could not go on something with a long wait or no FP. This was just a shorttrip to wht our excitement for our longer June trip.

What can you tell us about Cinderellabration?

I was there as well for the 3rd showing on opening day.
It was OK.
Very princess and "girl" oriented though.
I would imagine boys are going to be snoozing or squirming to leave.

It's the crowning of Cinderella.
Belle, Jasmine, Snow White.....and one other I think, (I forget) arrive as guests with thier respective Princes.
That's pretty much it.
No conflicts like with the Evil Queen in the Old Show and no costumed "Characters" but real people.
Just a feel good kinda thing.
I was bored.
My DD5 loved it though.

I didn't mind watching the Old Show several times (again, DD loves the Castle shows) but once was enough with this one for me anyway.
