Just another reason I'm glad that I only....

wear eyeliner and lipstick unless I'm going out for the night.

DH and I painted our bedroom last night so after I showered, we decided to sleep downstairs so we wouldn't be breathing in paint smell all night. We set DH's cell phone as our alarm clock but the thing went off so quietly and I never heard it, so 20 mins before I had to open up my business I finally woke up I ran upstairs put one of DD's Hello Kitty pony tail holders in, brushed my teeth an RAN out the door. While in the car I put on my lipstick and at a red light I put on my eyeliner. I made it to work with one minute to spare. I couldn't imagine If I had to put on concealer, foundation, blush, eyeliner, eyeshadow, mascara, lipstick and lipliner!!! Thank God I'm a natural beauty J/K

I had a similar experience this morning....
For whatever reason neither of us heard the alarm so we were awakened by our puppy who was licking us to death to take her out!
After taking her out and feeding her, I was out the door in 10 minutes (I shower at night).
I don't wear makeup to work at all, so a no fuss pony tail looked just fine with my khakis and sweater!

I couldn't imagine having to put on more than a dab of lipstick and eyeliner to go to the grocery store.

I learned early in life, ditch the makeup and use the extra time sleeping later in the morning.

That's about as much makeup as I wear also...nice and fast!
