Just an FYI: Make sure you look at all your invoices disney sends you!!!!

If you get any paperwork from Disney, please make sure you look at all when you have a trip booked with them. On Dec 8th my wife and I booked a 6 day 5 night stay at All Star Music and since it was within the 45 days, we paid the whole trip off at that time. Since then, we have recieved or original invoice, our yellow magical express tickets and our intinerary with our luggage tags and vouchers that you normally get with a package with no problems.

So to our surprise, on December 27th we get another invoice saying that we owed $38.95 that was over due from December 20th and needed to be paid asap. Imagine our surprise when we got this bill.

After calling disney reservations and talking to guest services, apparently my package had been changed by one of the reservation people when I had called to clairify something having to do with our park passes. Mind you I never asked anyone to change a thing with my reservation. Not only did she take us out of the package I originally booked, removed the park hopper option from our tickets, but she also had removed the insurance that we paid for. Luckily the guest service rep was able to put the old code the we booked back on our reservation and make it back like it was.

I've been reading a lot of posts that say reservations were "accidentally" changed when a call was made to inquire about it. This included ADR changes, room changes, date changes and :scared1: cancellations!

I'm glad you caught the mistake in time.

Let this be a word of caution to everyone: before ending a phone call with a CM...confirm all you information..even if it seems redundant!

That's why I try to do all my second guessing before making the reservation. I'm afraid to call and just ask a simple question for fear they'll cancel the whole thing by mistake. The problem is, I've never been able to bring up any of my reservations on line to look at them, so if I have a question, I have to call. Argh!:mad:

Good idea, it stinks you have to be afraid to ask about different options, but you're better off having pretty much everything solidified before you call. This way you can pretty much fire off the info. and the cm should be able to book it without issue, hopefully. I posted on a similar thread of what a huge mess a cm recently made of our res. for Sept.
