Just added on couple of ?'s

I just added on to my original 25 pt OKW resale contract (yeah!) today and was told by my guide I should be able to use the points starting tommorow (wednesday).

So here are my questions. First I did a search and can't find the hours for Member Services ANYWHERE. I know they changed hours recently but I don't have any idea what they are now.

Also, I feel I am fairly familiar with the banking policies but I want to make sure with the experts here that I am understanding things correctly. My Use Year is September, so as I just purchased I also get 2007 points. Earlier this year I was advised that I could bank these into 2008, and this was confirmed by my guide, which is the first thing I am going to do. As I would be banking them into my 2008 use year I would assume I would have no problems using these for a Jan. 2009 reservation? (assuming availability of course)

MS hours are 9:00am - 5:30pm (ET) - 7 days per week. You should be able to bank your add-on points thru the end of this month and then those points could be used for any reservation between September 1, 2008 and August 31, 2009.
